Mountain Bike
Is there an easy way to make a mountain bike into a stationary exercise bike without buying trainers?
I'm looking for a cheap/easy way to convert my mountain bike into a stationary bike, or at the very least use it indoors without motion, and I'd really like to avoid trainers due to financial reasons.
Any suggestions on how I might rig something up?
Find a used on on the local Ebay or Craig's list. You can get a Bell Motivator for around $80 new.
