The Handstrap easily slides on your wrist and has an adjustable velcro strap to keep it snug. It will fit both men and women and right or left hand as seen pictured below. Has a built-in spring-loaded anti-shock feature that reduces stress on ligaments, muscles and joints that allows you to transfer more work to the upper body. You will have increased confidence with the added traction, stability and balance while power walking or navigating in and around any unstable path conditions.A little out of Shape? Use 2 walking poles to transfer up to 25% of the workload of walking to your upper body to get a full aerobic workout causing improved breathing ability and posture. Made of light weight aluminum, the 11 oz. poles wont slow you down.
