Amazon.com Review Large enough to easily accommodate two adults or three small children, this queen-size Quickbed gets its name from Double-Lock valves that allow it to inflate 10 times quicker than air beds with pinch valves. Inflation time is roughly three minutes with the included QuickPump, which runs on four D batteries (not included). And when morning rolls around you'll find that, thanks to the Double-Lock valves, the air beds deflate 20 times faster as well. Keep one of these queen-size flocked air beds around for camping trips, unexpected guests, or kids' slumber parties (the mattress will accommodate fitted or flat queen-size sheets). The heavy-duty PVC construction is designed to endure all sorts of abuse, but if anything should happen, a repair kit is included. The green-flocked rayon top can be a little prone to dust, but it does add warmth and softness for colder nights. The air bed can hold up to 600 pounds. Its 56 coils and 6-inch side gussets provide support and, unless you sit down from a height, keep you from bumping the ground. One-year limited warranty. --Ariel Meadow Stallings

OK nothing more nothing less December 13, 2008 Its ok not much more, used the items twice and already it has a small hole to be patched. Forget about the battery pump, you will need to buy the electric pump if you don't want to wait 30 mins + for it to fill up.
Only lasted 1 camping season. December 8, 2008 I purchased this mattress during the summer of 2008. Very portable. Easily roles up into a small package. Comes with a handy battery operated pump (which has lasted all year on the original 4 D batteries that I put in). I love the way it deflates the bed. Gets all the air out in about 2 minutes.
The problem with the bed is that it has a hard time keeping its shape. The pump will blow it up so that it appears to be inflated, however, it will need about 15 to 20 additional blows with your lungs in order to bring it to an acceptable density (I like it a little softer). Once you lay on the bed for more than 1 hr you notice that it starts to deflate a bit. The first 5 times I used it only lost 10% to 15% of its air after sleeping on it for 8 hrs. During my most recent camping trip it lost 100% of its air within 2 hrs.
I guess you get what you pay for. At least I got a nice little pump out of it and about 5 uses out of the mattress for under $30.
Great mattress December 6, 2008 We use this every weekend with the kids in their bedroom. Make like a mini camping trip for them.
Works just fine December 3, 2008 I've used this mattress several times now, both while camping and visiting other people's houses. I haven't had any trouble with leaks like I did with a previous more expensive brand. I like the wrap n roll storage too. The pump does seem a bit flimsy, but it's still working fine, and deflates it quickly too. Be sure to push in the valve all the way. I'm considering getting one for my daughter for a guest bed. I've found it to be very comfortable too. As with any air mattress, you just need to find the right amount of air.
Excellent product for the money November 18, 2008 I bought several of these a couple of years ago for my kid's big sleep-over party (paid almost twice what Amazon is charging--rats!). We use them when guests sleep over and when we go camping. They are easily stored (they roll up). They still hold air very well after these couple of years. The pumps fill and remove air in about 5 minutes or so (that's fast enough for me). When fully inflated they can be quite firm. The two things I learned about air matrices is (1) if two people have to share one bed, one person's movements can effect the other person; (2) if the air in the house/ tent is cold, the air in the bed tends to get cold too, so you need to dress warmly. Overall, this is a great price for a product that held up well for me, and is convenient to use and store.
